Our Smart Calendar feature operates on strict privacy principles:

• Explicit Consent: Calendar analysis requires your specific permission for each use
• Temporary Processing: Your calendar data is processed in-memory only, never permanently stored
• Session-Based: Analysis results are stored temporarily (1-7 days) and automatically deleted
• User Control: You can view, manage, or delete any analysis sessions at any time
• Optional Google Calendar Sync: You may choose to add suggested activities to your calendar with separate consent

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not create multiple accounts

Account Responsibilities

• No Permanent Storage: We never permanently store your calendar event details, titles, locations, or attendees
• In-Memory Processing: Calendar data is processed temporarily in system memory and immediately discarded
• Session-Based Storage: Only anonymized balance percentages are stored temporarily (1-7 days maximum)
• Complete Control: You can view, extend, or delete any analysis sessions at any time
• Automatic Expiration: All analysis data automatically expires based on your chosen retention period
• Consent Withdrawal: Revoking calendar consent immediately deletes all related data

Google Calendar Integration Terms

• Read Access: With your consent, we temporarily read calendar events for analysis only
• Write Access (Optional): Separate consent required to add suggested activities to your calendar
• Token Security: Google OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely
• Revocable Access: You can disconnect Google Calendar integration at any time
• Privacy Compliance: All processing complies with Google's API policies and user privacy requirements

Health Data Integration

• Health app integration is optional and requires explicit consent

• Health data is processed securely and never shared with third parties
